Prof. Dr. İlhan Ege, Advisor to the Rector and Director of the Career Center at Mersin University, and Lecturer Rifat Aytar, Head of the Hair and Beauty Services Department, participated as speakers. Furthermore, the role of Ahilik culture in vocational training, the master-apprentice relationship, and the cultivation of a skilled workforce was evaluated, highlighting the contributions this deep-rooted tradition—spanning from the past to the present—offers to working life.

The event—significant for passing Ahilik culture on to younger generations, fostering an awareness of professional ethics, and strengthening the spirit of social solidarity—concluded with Assoc.
